After having a bad experience with another carpet service, I found Bruce online and called him in the evening. He made an appointment to see me the next day. He called to say he could come earlier if that would work. He really looked over the spots, was very honost about price, and took time to carefully clean my rugs. My rugs really do look like new. He is definately worth the money. My carpets were dry within an hour and smelled and looked clean. We will definately use him again. He is someone you can trust.
