All i wanted was a quote for ceiling repair. To my surprise I received a call within an hour from Pro Fix. The dispatcher introduced himself and confirmed the the person by name that will review my job and provide a quote. Greg Kuhlman was my rep and not only did he consult me on the necessary work, he was prompt and professional. He laid out three options with price to provide the necessary work. I felt so comfortable with Greg, I contracted Pro Fix to perform two additional jobs in my home. I would not hesitate to refer Pro Fix, yet more importantly the pricing was competitive and the consultation is professional. I selfishly write this review because I want all my service repairs done by Pro Fix and in particular by Greg Kuhlman.....he is the BEST.!!!
