I have used Pro Fix Home Repair three times. Their customer service is terrific. The technician that came out was very helpful. We were selling our home and he did the work needed, which was quite a bit and went over the list of things that might have been needed with us. He said he could do the entire list but wanted us to check with our realtor to make sure it was necessary. Sure enough, he was right and those tiny issues did not hamper a thing. I appreciate his honesty, I appreciate it that he let me make the choice for repairs. I knew that when this service technician left that if I had any issues with the work that he performed that they would stand by it and return to make any necessary adjustments. This service is absolutely fantastic and I want them to know that I will be using them again.
