We recently worked with Pro-Fix Home Repair to repair some timber around some of our windows and our garage door. I think the service went okay but we ran into some issues during the process. The job wasn't completed correctly the first time around so they had to reschedule another date for them to come by to complete the work. Also, after they came by the second time something happened with the secure connection within the window frame so they might have to come back to fix that as well. The cost was also much higher than I expected. The parts of the work that they did correctly went well but overall it was very average.
