We were in the middle of a major home remodeling project, and in the process of preparing for a new wood floor install, when we encountered a major termite damage area to our dining room front wall. I call Pro Fix Home Repair and they were very responsive. The contractor was out the next morning, assessed the damage, required repair, and provided a quote. Equally important was he could start the repair the next day and thought he could be done in 3 days. He was out early the next day and had all the major work done that first day, dried back in after removing the window which was great considering the weather. He returned three more times to do the finish work (brief visits). Overall the work was done very well with high quality. If I have any concerns it was the price was quite high given the number of hours worked. I do most of my own home repairs so don’t hire often so may just not understand the current market costs of doing this type of work. I would hire again if caught in a time crunch on a project I hadn’t done previously and didn’t know how to do. I would do myself or spend more time finding a more reasonable price if time allowed.
