I have used Pro Fix Home Repair on multiple occasions for multiple kinds of work. I think one of their strongest points is that they are one of the companies available in Marietta that offer a full range of services. There aren't that many, and their services are good. You can call them for whatever is going on, whether it's electrical, plumbing or even carpentry. The other thing is you can't really get a sense of quality with individual handymen; it's easier to check out good references with a company. I've been happy with the carpentry work they have done with me. I did feel that the pricing this time was more expensive; it was for some electrical work. Earlier services were cheaper and so I had called them back based on that experience. They also charged me more for plumbing services although it was a quick and easy job. The work itself is very satisfactory. Their handymen are generally professional and competent. They are also informative and responsive. I have had good experiences generally speaking, except for one experience with one electrician. Their customer service is good. Whenever I have called, they have been good at communicating, in terms of scheduling, and calling to keep us informed.
