We've been using Benjamin Franklin for about 10 years at least. We've mostly worked with Jim for the last year or so, and he's very good. He seems to really think things through and he's very knowledgeable and professional. The last time we needed work we ended up replacing our gas burner and our heating system. It was a very expensive job, but the pricing seems to be competitive, we did some comparing and it was within the average range. It took about two days to do the job and three plumbers came out to work on it. We were very satisfied with the people who came out, they were very clean and neat while they were working, and we're satisfied with the results from the job. The one complaint I have is that they left behind some copper pipes, a half inch thick and eight feet long each, and we called them to let them know and they said they would pick them up as soon as their truck was in the area; but this was about 6-8 weeks ago and still no one has come by. We just cleaned the garage so we're not happy that they're still here. We're hoping they'll come soon because it's been too long already. Apart from that we've always had a good experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and would recommend them.
