Recently I had the need for Ben Franklin plumbing to come to my home to install a cold water line in my kitchen.

They did a good job installing the line but left the old line on the basement floor for me to dispose of. I don't think that's right.

Sometimes we'll leave the broken piping at the home in case there is the possibility of an insurance claim. The adjuster may want to see what caused the leak.
