The guy I spoke to on the phone at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very nice, helpful and made sure I got somebody out there that day since I had an emergency situation. The guy who came to the house was great and did his work as required. The problem was that my shower handle had broken and I had to turn the water off in the house. They replaced the handle. I thought the price was kind of high, but considering that it was emergency plumbing I didn't think it was outrageous. I would use their service again if needed, but I hope I don't have to.
