I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a few years now. I use them for all of my plumbing needs. I liked them right away when on the first call and they arrived at my home they immediately put booties on and covered my floor with their own rugs to ensure that no mess was tracked throughout my house. This is important because they cared about my home and showed it immediately by that one small gesture. They are very helpful and describe all the work that needs to be done and what they will be doing. The cost is thoroughly explained to you so that you understand and no hidden fees pop up. They may be more expensive than others but I have found that I get the same technicians coming out and what that says to me is that they retain good workers who know your home and care about what is being done. For this visit, I had to have 60ft. of a leaky water supply line replaced. This was not an easy job because my home is older and the lines are buried deeper which requires a lot of work. The service technicians arrived on time and are always very professional. They called in another service technicians to help with this job and it was amazingly completed in the time frame that they stated. Like I said it was a big job replacing that line. The job turned out great! Very pleased with the service!
