I had an excellent experience working with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Most recently, the staff came out and they reconnected the heat in my home. I am happy that everything is working very well. I have used the company a couple of years ago and I would say that everyone has been consistent when it comes to being professional and easy to work with. I would recommend their service to other people. I would keep using the company in the future if I needed to. I think that it would be better if the pricing for their service was lower, but the quality of their service is great.
