I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on several occasions over the last few months and on the whole, they have been pretty great. Most recently, they installed a kitchen sink for me. Their technicians are pleasant and they show up on time. They are conscientious and clean up after themselves which I appreciate. They are just very good overall. I do feel that their pricing is a tiny bit high. However, their work is carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
