I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing many times and I am generally happy with every experience. The office team is helpful and make it really easy to make an appointment. They guarantee the time of arrival so I have never been left waiting for them to show up. The plumbers are always knowledgeable, neat, and friendly. My only complaint is a small one, I wish they didn't upsell to me or push additional products. I know every company does this but I don't need it.
