I had an excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I really admire that they don't try to up-sell you and force you to buy products that you don't need. I have a yearly maintenance plan with them, and the staff at the company offers amazing customer service, so I would highly recommend them to other people looking for plumbing work.
