Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has done work for me a number of times and overall they have done well. This is an older house so I've had to call them in a number of times regarding different plumbing issues. They are very prompt and responsive. It's easy to schedule with them and they show up as they promise. Their technicians are professional and efficient. They are readily available, do good work and I'm very pleased with them. I have to note that they are a little expensive; but their availability and the caliber of the work they do offsets that. I will continue to call them!
