I was very satisfied with the service that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing provided for me. There was a leak in the sink and a faucet and hose needed to be replaced. Their technician who came to do the work was very professional, efficient and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, what the issue was and possible solutions. He provided good service and fixed the problem.
