I had an overall good experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The first time we used them, there were no problems and everything turned out fine. The second time, though there was a little problem that wasn't resolved, the quality of the work done was good. The technicians worked on our water filter and heating unit. They were polite, courteous, and clean. Pricing is a little expensive, but it is possible I may use them again in the future.
