More or less, we had to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an emergency when one of our pipes broke. From the start, I thought they were very good. They responded quickly to my phone call and actually sounded like they cared about my problem and were genuinely concerned. They were able to get someone out to us quickly and they were very friendly. They showed us on a camera what had happened and told us what needed to be done to fix it. They gave us a reasonable quote and we agreed on the price and scheduled a time for them to come back to do the work. They arrived on time and ready to work. The job required some digging in our yard, so I was a bit apprehensive as you can imagine, but everything went smoothly and they were pleasant people to work with who were nice about everything. That incident turned out just fine.

Since then, we've used them once more when we needed to replace our kitchen faucet. Once again, they were so polite when I called and they told me where to go to buy a replacement faucet. They came to install it for us. They arrived promptly, and were neat and clean the entire time. Just a real pleasure to be around. We will be using them in the future, now that we've found them. We have highly recommended them to friends and neighbors.
