I noticed an ugly leak/stain on my kitchen ceiling and was panicky as to how it got there. I called Benjamin Franklin and they were out right away. Paul discoverd our toilet was cracked and had to be replaced. We were having company from out of town the next day, so it had to be done ASAP. He came back at 8 am the next morning. Before he even rang my doorbell, all the supplies were loaded up on my porch ready to go! He did a g reat job. I have had them out several times since for big jobs to small jobs and they are always professional, timely and so knowledgable. Love the warranty they offer.
