Prompt and courteous.
I wasn't there for the work, so I worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by phone because I needed someone to come in and do some work for me on a second home. They were very prompt, very courteous, and relatively clean. Probably the only disappointment I have is with one of the bath sinks they did. I understand it was the faulty faucet, not the workmanship, but I have yet to resolve that problem. Other than that, they did a great job.
