Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has come out to my house on two different occasions. They first time they came to fix a small gas leak in the house and they had to reroute the gas line. They did that within a day. They were very efficient and very clean.

The second time I called them because we had a problem with a clogged drain. They had to come and dig up the side of the house to fix it. They resolved that in half a day, so that was very good.

For the first job, the owner actually came to supervise the job. I like that he took the time to do that. The owner and the plumber were both very professional. The quotes we got for both jobs were very good.
