I needed a Professional, EXPERIENCED, Plumber regarding various problems within my home. I located Benjamin Franklin on a website and read all of their reviews from other satisfied customers. Then, reviewed other plumbing companies in the surrounding areas as well.

I liked what I read about Benjamin Franklin and telephoned their office and spoke with the owner. I questioned him at length and then set up an appointment for a free estimate. I must say they were on time and Matt, the plumber, was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed all the plumbing problems and wrote up an estimate of all the work to be done. He replaced my hot water heater, installed new shut off valves for bathroom toilet, replaced a leaking pipe, installed new bathroom sink faucets, and set up my new washer with the hoses, and new bibs, and on and off switches. The cost was good and worth it. He was on time, did an excellent job and guaranteed the work in writing. He was very polite, professional, experienced and left no mess.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an emergency plumber and/or on a permanent basis.
