within 1 1/2 hrs of my toilet, washer, and sinks backing up, the tech was out and working on my problem. fast service on a sunday!!! super quick, easy, and professional!!! will recommend to anyone and will use again if needed. i am not sure how the cost compares to other companies, but considering it was a sunday and i didnt want to wait, i am satisfied with what i was charged.
