A drain pipe from our upstairs bathroom sprung a leak due to a closet nail being driven into it when the hall closet was constructed. 15 years later, the nail had rusted and a leak appeared in our basement. The plumber found the source of the leak pretty quickly! He was able to fix the leak and get the pipe couplings to fit in a very small space left by the original framer of our house. Some drywall repair and all will be good as new! Thank you for a job well done!
