My in-laws had them put the pool in when it was Sylvan Pools. We have always used Anthony & Sylvan. We use Anthony & Sylvan Pool for pool opening/closing, renovations, and their retail store. I like the fact that I can schedule ahead of time. I like Joe - he is the only one we see. I like Alice in the retail store as well. Anthony & Sylvan is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is something that's been passed down through family. We love the pool and had no problems. Sometimes it is hard to get through to service when you are calling on the phone. That is the biggest downfall. You can't just call someone on the phone. You get voicemail. That is irritating. I don't have a lot of time to be on the phone. It would be good to know how to get in touch with someone when there is a problem with the service.
