They built our pool 15 tears ago and our friend had a pool put in a year before we did. We been using Anthony & Sylvan to open and close since we had the pool. We done it since we had the pool 15 years ago, and they do a good job. We had new tile and coping done this year and any service we need in between. We only use Anthony & Sylvan. We never had any problems. There was some communication problems - with the warranty department. The guys who did the tile did great. I like the fact that they are local. They are good at good at getting back to me Their response time is good too. Their retail store is good as well.
