I have used Anthony & Sylvan pools since 2010 when I got my first pool, manly to purchase equipment.
They have always been friendly and helpful. However, this past weekend the man assisting me, Josh, went over and above.
The shop was quiet when I entered with my issue, and he said as I have time lets take a quick look.
I explained the problem, he said what he thought it was and within minutes he stripped the part, showed me the issue and the replacement part. He also showed me how to solve this from happening. Josh was honest, helpful and very polite. A&S, make sure you pay this man and keep him around, my opinion of your shop skyrocketed after this experience.
