I needed to remove an old appliance in order to allow the plumber to check the pipes. Connie allowed me some flexibility within my allotted time frame. Fortunately, I’m not too far from BFP, and the plumber arrived just in time to detach the appliance so the machine could be taken away. Israel was very helpful, and a stressful event became much less so. I’ve used BFP before, and they’ve consistently been helpful.
