Franklin’s serviceman arrived right at the beginning of the time window and very quickly diagnosed and explained my plumbing problem. He had all of the replacement parts on hand and also fixed a simpler problem in a second bathroom by tightening valves that had loosened over time, preventing a more serious problem. In addition to showing me the problem and repairing it very quickly, he also gave me tips on what to look out for. In addition to making the repair that was the source of the call, he was also able to replace my kitchen faucet, saving me another impending leak and a repeat repair call.
