This was the first time I'd used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were recommended to me by the manufacturer of my tank-less hot water heater for regular maintenance. I was approaching the 2 year maintenance period & called BFP. It was easy to schedule a appointment that was convenient for me. The dispatcher notified me when the technician was an hour away. He arrived right on time, was very professional & friendly, and completed his work within about an hour. The price was reasonable in my estimation. If my system needs any work in the future, I'll certainly call BFP. I highly recommend them.
