Excellent work, but at Attorneys' Rates!
I have no complaint about the quality of the work or their timeliness, professionalism, or any other factors that are within a field technician's control. However, I think that "Corporate" earns a BIG thumbs-down for fixing the price of this work. I don't mind paying for expertise when the job is complex-- such as requiring pipe-fitting, welding, or dealing with roots in drain pipes, etc. BUT for a simple installation of a kitchen-sink faucet-- which I myself provided-- I did NOT expect to have to pay nearly $300 for 20-mins work! "The Math" on that works out to over $600 an hour! BFP's stated competitive advantage is that they are punctual; well, $600/hour is a LOT to charge, just to get someone to show up on time.
