Totally satisfied. They do good work.
I have been using Ben Franklin Plumbing for more than 20 years and I trust them in terms of the work they do. Most recently, they did major work on 2 toilets and installed a new boiler for my hot water heating system. Everything is working just fine. They always come when they say they are going to come and, if there are any problems, they come back and fix them.
