Chris and Grace, the people from HomeLife who came out to do the cleaning, were such excellent people. They had great communication skills, they did a very good job cleaning, and they were very attentive to detail. They were very thorough and they did an excellent job cleaning. When Chris came in to do the initial evaluation, he was very articulate. He was very good at describing exactly what the company was going to do the first time they came. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and enthusiastic. However, I appreciated that I didn't get a pressuring call saying "Aren't you going to hire our company?!" the next day.

Chris was so considerate that he even put booties on to come in to the house the first time. When Chris and Grace came to clean, they both literally took their shoes off so they walk with socks in your house. They took care of everything- washing, vacuuming, dusting- the whole house. They were dusting places where we would have had to get on a ladder or hire somebody, but hey had the equipment to do that. This was the first time they came, and based on this experience, we decided we liked them so much we would have them come back forever! Even Barb, when she answers the telephone, is always very friendly. She is always very concerned about what out questions are or what the problem is. They are always accommodating and able to work around our schedule- very much so. Their prices are good, compared to the two other places we looked at. I have already recommended them to my friends, and I strongly urge anybody to hire them!
