After a thorough routine inspection of our 14 year old units, it was determined by technician Keenan Ford that one unit had extensive corrosion that required one of the units to be replaced. We appreciated that owner Eloy Saban came to our home immediately after that diagnosis and walked us through a quote for a new unit based on our needs, and financing options to make it affordable. What really set them apart was sending an email the next morning to say that a technician was on our way, and a photo of that technician, so we would know who to expect to arrive at our door. The installation was done quickly and efficiently on a 25 degree day, so that heat would be working well by the time everyone returned home from school and work. I highly recommend Eloy and Susan and their team of technicians, and am glad to see their special attention to customer service.
