I lucked out in finding Home Advantage Property Management. I went online looking for a property manager and was wary of big business guys I saw. Home Advantage was more local and I thought that we would get more attention with a local company.

Dan handled and mediated all of the contractual issues. We would never have been able to respond to issues as quickly as he did because we live a few hours away.

I recommend Home Advantage because I feel that you can trust Dan. That is important because your home is your investment. You care who lives there and who is watching over it. Dan is very conscientious.
