My experience was very poor with this company. If you are thinking of using this company, please read my review before doing so especially if you are a female. They sent someone out on August 2021 to install a new garage door opener which cost almost $600. With a three-year warranty. Nine months later, garage opener broke, and extra springs were put on with the cost of $345. Both trained professional installers stated my door was extremely heavy and needed to be added more springs and heavy duty opener. (This is a plain by 16 x 7 garage door. With no installation) Less than a year later, the garage door opener broke once again and damaged my garage door. The company would not accommodate me with my warranty nor a discounted price on replacing my garage door but wanted to charge me almost $1600 for another garage door and at that time they would repair the part of the garage door opener that broke as well. Vinnie finally returned my calls after five days of trying to reach the management/owner. The only Vinnie said he could do for me was to discount $100 from the cost of the door. I feel the company should have honored their warranty, refunded my money and/or discounted a new garage door. They have a very poor management. and decision making team. I am writing this review to warn all females against this company.
