I had a top of the line garage door installed. Initial service friendly and quick in selling and installing the door. But 10 days later when the door stopped working and I had a nut and bolt sitting on the floor of my garage, there was no sense of urgency to correct the problem or even concern there was a problem. Next day service only counts (as advertised on their website) ONLY applies when they sell you something not when you need service on what they sell. My garage door isn't working and I'm still waiting for a repair. I will not recommend.
