I live in Duncanville, Texas. The technician showed up 1 hour after I called to make an appointment, late in the afternoon. The technician, Trevor Peters, was professional, very competent, meticulous, and knowledgeable. My Garage Door works as good as when it was brand new. It is very quiet now. I used to be able to hear the Garage Door open before, from the house. Now I can barely detect it, and it is only because I am listening for it.
