Not happy!

This company is over-priced and incompetent. They charged me over 900$ to put a brace on my door and change the garage door opener to a different brand. My boyfriend said he priced others online and he said I could get a whole new garage door for $500.00. Then a little over a month after they did the work, my garage door failed to work properly. It would open without even being touched and would not close properly. They came out and said it was cause one of the wheels was not on the track. They then wanted to charge me for that! I finally asked Brandon to get off of my property. They are anything but Christian and their customer service is horrible.

Jeanine, we are sorry you are not pleased with the service. While there may be deals out there to buy a brand new door for $500, our services included much more than just a door. We completed an operator install, 1 spring, a support brace, a center bearing and a door service. At the time of service, our tech advised you that your rollers were in bad condition recommended them to be replaced. A month later, they broke due to their bad condition (as predicted by our tech). Rollers are a separate component and therefore, not included in the services you previously obtained. We do value our customers and want to provide high quality service and value.
