We had Family Christian Doors (FCD) replace our garage
door last week. The work performed by their two man
crew was excellent.
On Sunday 16 June 2019 our new door was heavily damaged due to both a strong storm and in part because of some errors that I made. I called FCD on Sunday and actually spoke with a company representative at that time. They scheduled someone to come out Monday morning to assess the damage.
On Monday morning Josh came out and determined that the damage was so severe that the new door had to be replaced. Josh came back out at 9:30 on Tuesday morning and replaced the door by himself.
By noon we had a new garage door.
The professionalism and customer service of all of the personnel at FCD (and especially Josh) was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door serviced.
