Chris S. was my technician. He's an amazing young man. He knew his job and started immediately. Within a very shot time he found the problem . Once he was finished he proceeded to check all areas of my opener, lubricating all that was needed.
Chris seems to be a fine young man and I would be happy for him to be my tech anytime.
