Part of our job is removing and disposing of any old items/ items that are replaced by our technicians. I understand you wanted to keep a pair of safety sensors that the technician had replaced. However, like you stated over the phone you had forgot to mention that information to the technician. Because the technician was unaware, he disposed the items. If we would have known at the time, or even received a call after he had left that day, we would have been able to return the old items.
