Chris S. was my technician today, and there is nothing more he could do to make me happy! He was on time, polite, efficient, quick, explained everything, honest, thorough... Best of all - there had been a miscommunication regarding pricing on the phone, so he waived the labor fee, and offered a $50 coupon (even before I'd shown him my coupon). I'm pretty sure I got the best deal in town today (I'd done a little comparison shopping before I'd called them, too). Thanks!
