Based on the countless positive reviews on Yelp, we chose to have our body damage repaired at this shop. Apparently due to high demand for body shops (or, at least, this particular body shop) to repair hail damage, we weren't able to get our car in for a month. Phil was very diligent in calling us each week to verify our appointment. The estimate for repairs was less than what we had anticipated. Come the Monday of our appointment, we were able to drop off our car without a hitch at a time convenient for us and we were told it should be done that Friday. Unfortunately, our car wasn't done until the following Friday, but the quality of the repair was top-notch. When we picked up our car, we were told a wheel-well liner was owed to us because the one that had been ordered had defects and they weren't going to put a defective part on our car (big kudos for that because we honestly probably would not have noticed a defect in a wheel well liner), but alas, we are still waiting for the owed replacement liner nearly two weeks later. We don't know if the shop has been too busy to let us know it has arrived or is delayed OR if it is just taking forever for it to be delivered to the shop, but we are waiting for Phil to call to let us know we can bring the car back. We're certain the part will be perfect and installed cleanly/professionally when it is finally available. Despite the glitches, I'd return if I'm ever in need again.
