Good work, needs better communication.

I was pleasd with how quickly Colorado Auto Body was able to get my car in. However, for about a week and a half I was told my car would be ready on a specific day and that day would come to an end with no communication. This was very frustrating when trying to arrange rides for my son and/or not knowing if I was supposed to come get it or not.l I am the one who had to call each time to check on the status even when I was told at least 4 different finish days. The finished product looks good but it was a stressful wait.

We strive to not only produce a great end product but we pride ourselves with the communication and customer care during the entire process. We obviously dropped the ball.
