Ken handled my calls and kept me updated on the basic progression of work. The car looked great inside and out. They cleaned my car inside and out and did a very great job of repair including the fender and wheel well above. It was complete in a week and was worth the wait. I was able to work with Hertz in picking me up there and then leaving the car when the job was done. I was impressed and would recommend them to friends/family.
