Worst Customer Service I have ever had!

Had my auto for over 2 months -- rude and unprofessional. Told us it would take about 3 weeks to repair hail damage. Kept telling us each week you can pick up the car on Monday, then on Friday, then next week and this went on and on. Then they would not accept the insurance check when they finally did finish it. Held the car hostage for another week until we could overnight the check to the auto finance company to have them sign the check and send it back. Would not recommend this place to fix my bike!!!!!!!

My name is Bill and I am the owner of Colorado Auto Body. I appreciate your feedback on your experience with my business. Over the past 30 years I have always based my business upon providing superior customer service. It appears in your case it does not seem that we did that. Each experience is completely unique. We had problems getting parts ( Roof Panel) with the manufacturer Suzuki. This was not your fault, but it delayed the repairs for some time. We did pay a little over 350.00 for your rental car at our expense, but I wish we could have had your vehicle repaired on time to begin with. Also want to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the payment from the insurance company, there are many times we are unaware that the insurance company will make check payable to the insured & the financial institution because the check is sent directly to the insured. After you had waited so patiently for repairs to be completed then had to deal with payment issues that added more delays I can understand how upsetting this was. I wish we would have pointed this out somehow prior to completion of your vehicle. I am extremely sorry you had a negative experience with our shop.
