I found this shop online and saw all the 5 star reviews. I got a door painted and the rear bumper. It was scheduled to be done on the Friday of the week. I stopped by on the Wednesday at 4 just to check how it was coming along and they told me that it would be done in an hour. Would have been nice for a heads up instead of an hour notice to figure out a ride to get there. Once I got there I was told the final amount due. I asked for a breakdown of the work and costs and was told "It's in the envelope once you pay." If I am paying that much I like to see the breakdown. They let me know about giving them reviews online. I was told that "if you give us 5 stars, we will send you a gift card." Immediately made me think that they buy their reviews. After I paid they gave me the keys and was told to have a nice day. Also would have liked to go out to the car and go over the work. I think that once work is done on the body of the car, that they would wash the car. I will say that the body work was good, however I am huge on customer service. Really would have liked it to be better.
