The quality of repairs was good, however the service I got left a lot to be desired. I never received calls when I was told to expect them, then my calls would not be returned. There were a lot of false promises on their part that were not fulfilled and I was forced to go out of my way to stay on top of everything when I shouldn't have had to do that. Also, the first time I went to go pick up my car when it was finished they brought it out only to discover they had scratched it up again by parking it too close to another car. This resulted in another wait before I got my car back. Overall a frustrating experience.
