My whole experience with Surface with a Smile has been very nice. This is the second time I've used them; I was happy the first time, and I'm really happy this time. Both the men who came out were so nice! And they got spots from dogs out of the carpet that I didn't think would ever come out! That was just great. The prices are fair- they are not the cheapest, but it is a fair price. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors, and one of neighbors actually just had them over today. I have had several carpet cleaning people over the years, and Surface with a Smile is the best I have ever had!
